Support for Postdoctoral Researchers from ELIDEK

The aim of the first call was to support the implementation of selected research projects of high scientific quality in which Postdoctoral Researchers are the scientific leaders.

Postdocs will have the opportunity to form their own research team and direct the implementation of the project they will undertake, as scientific supervisors. In this context, they will have opportunities to improve and enhance their skills and stimulate their creativity, creating good prospects for their scientific and professional careers. The postdoctoral research projects will be implemented in Universities, TEI and Research Centres of the country, enriching the research activities carried out in these institutions. This action is expected to contribute to the creation of the right conditions for the exploitation of the country’s scientific potential and the attraction of young scientists working abroad, replacing the one-way exodus with a two-way scientific mobility.
