The international forum of business meetings “MariMatch 2018” is organized on 6-7 June 2018 in the framework of the International Exhibition “Posidonia 2018” by the National Documentation Centre (EKT), coordinator of the Enterprise Europe Network-Hellas, in cooperation with the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry, EBETAM SA and with the support of the “Maritime Industries & Services” group of the Enterprise Europe Network. The event is addressed to all stakeholders in the Shipbuilding, Marine Engineering and Marine Technology sector.

For more than 40 years, Posidonia International Exhibition has been the largest exhibition in the maritime sector. In 2016, more than 1,843 exhibitors participated in the exhibition, which attracted more than 19,420 buyers from 93 countries. The second Business Meetings event in the framework of the Poseidonia 2016 International Exhibition gathered 120 participants from 16 countries and more than 350 meetings took place.

The event is a unique opportunity for businesses from Greece interested in contacts with potential partners abroad, new customers/suppliers and new technologies, as well as for businesses from abroad interested in the Greek market and business and investment opportunities in Greece. Specifically, it is addressed to companies, clusters and research organisations, which are active in the maritime sector and are looking for business, technological and research partnerships.

The profiles will be published in an electronic catalogue and will form the basis for the organisation of meetings with potential partners. Each participant will receive their own personal meeting schedule before the event.
