Webinar on research funding opportunities through National and European programmes from EKT.

The National Documentation and Electronic Content Centre (EKT), National Contact Point for the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) and the European Research Council at Horizon 2020, is organising in the framework of the “Bridges of Knowledge and Cooperation” an online workshop on career opportunities and access to funding from National and European programmes in collaboration with the General Secretariat for Research and Technology (GSRT) and the European Commission.

The workshop will take place on Tuesday 29 September (16:00-19:30) online via the Microsoft Teams platform.

The workshop will present funding opportunities for both PhD and post-doctoral researchers. In particular, young researchers will learn how they can get funding through European programmes and national grants and network with leading researchers from around the world.

During the event, representatives of the European Commission will announce the new changes that Horizon Europe brings to the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) and European Research Council programmes, and will present the new mobility framework as it will be included in the programme that will replace Erasmus+ for the period 2021-2027.

Participants of the Workshop will also have the opportunity to learn about the active and future calls for scholarships of ELIDEK and IKY. Finally, in the second part of the Workshop, beneficiaries of all actions will participate in an open discussion with the public.

The conference is organised by EKT in cooperation with the General Secretariat for Research and Technology (GSRT) and the European Commission (Research Executive Agency).
