Knowledge & Partnership Bridges at 2nd EU Jobs & Mobility Roadshow

The event is designed to interest not only the general public but also targeted groups such as students, young graduates, young entrepreneurs, researchers, the long-term unemployed.

On 23, 24 and 25 November the Roadshow will be in Drama, Serres and Thessaloniki at a series of events organised by the four Europe Direct Centres in Northern Greece, ie Komotini, Xanthi, the Municipality of Thessaloniki and the American Agricultural School Thessaloniki!

Through its participation in the 2nd EU Jobs & Mobility Roadshow, to be held in towns of Northern Greece 20- 25 November 2017, ‘Knowledge & Partnership Bridges’ will have the chance to update young people, students, researchers, graduates and entrepreneurs as to how they can benefit from any interconnectivity between them. Representatives of the ‘Bridges’ team from the National Documentation Centre will be in Drama, Serres and Thessaloniki on 23, 24 and 25 November respectively to update those present on the progress so far and the objectives of ‘Bridges’ in addition to how they can participate in the initiative and the platform www.knowledgebridges.gr.

The aim of the events, which are being organised by the four Europe Direct Centres of Komotini, Xanthi, the Municipality of Thessaloniki and the American Agricultural School Thessaloniki on 20-25 November 2017, as part of the 2nd European Vocational Skills Week, is to visit six major cities, Alexandroupolis-20/11, Komotini-21/11, Xanthi-22/11, Drama-23/11, Serres-24/11 and Thessaloniki 25/11 so that anyone interested can find out about the advantages of mobility regarding studies, internships, work, research, business activities, networking etc.

 

The event is designed to interest not only the general public but also targeted groups such as students, young graduates, young entrepreneurs, researchers, the long-term unemployed and, among other things, will focus on the issue of new immigration, which has recently seriously affected the country, especially areas in Northern Greece.
